IMPORTANT!!! PLEASE READ BELOW!!!

-When you book online we do not take payment.  We take both payment and security deposit 1-7 days before rental after we text you to get billing zip and security code for card since we don't see those on our end when you make online reservation. Once we take payment 1-7 days before rental the sale is final and their will be no refunds!  If you cancel after we take payment we will only allow you to credit your purchase towards a future van rental.

-No one under 25 allowed to make reservation or drive van.

 -You may use a credit or debit card when making reservation.

 -You must provide your own liability insurance for van or vans.

 -If you are using tow hitch you cannot tow more than 5,000 pounds! 

-$300 deposit will be refunded 7-10 business days after return of van.

The day of rental when you are 10 minutes from parking lot you text The Van Man at 423-432-0116 and he will unlock your van with onstar and text you back license plate of van you are taking. The keys will already be inside. No wait and no paperwork to fill out. Please remember not all locations provide extra parking for anyone else so someone may have to drop you off. When you return van put keys in glove box and make sure all doors to van are locked before texting Van Man again to let him know van has been returned. Our policy is that you pick the van up full of fuel and return it full of fuel or pay $10 a gallon.
