ICRS 2027 Opens Call for Papers

The International Car Rental Show has opened its Call for Papers for ICRS 2027, inviting car rental professionals and industry experts to submit ideas for educational sessions.

ICRS 2027 will be held May 4-6 at Paris Las Vegas in Las Vegas, Nev. The event brings together independent and franchised car rental operators, industry partners, and other professionals from approximately 48 countries.

The proposal deadline is Friday, Jan. 15.

What ICRS Is Looking For

The ICRS educational program focuses on practical information rental operators can use to improve their businesses, along with emerging trends and technologies that are changing the industry.

Topics under consideration for the 2027 program include:

• Raising revenues and improving profitability
• Strengthening rental operations
• Improving the customer experience
• AI, technology, and new operating systems and processes
• Rental fleet cycling and remarketing
• Global car rental perspectives
• Industry trends, data, and research
• Regulatory and legislative issues

Proposals can take a variety of formats and should include a proposed topic, session description, format, and suggested speakers or panelists.

Organizers are particularly interested in sessions that provide actionable information, present original data or case studies, examine emerging business models and technologies, or bring operators together to share lessons learned.

Education, Not Sales Presentations

ICRS sessions are intended to provide education and thought leadership rather than promote individual products or services. The Call for Papers will not accept product demonstrations or sales presentations.

Companies interested in presenting products or conducting business meetings can instead participate through the ICRS exhibit hall and marketplace, sponsorship opportunities, and meeting spaces.

The American Car Rental Association (ACRA) will again support ICRS as a lead partner.
