Turo will launch a new delivery-focused rental experience in early November that allows travelers to find and book vehicles based on where they want the vehicle delivered.
Called Turo Delivered, the service builds delivery into Turo's location search and discovery process. Guests can search for vehicles that hosts can deliver to locations such as hotels, homes, airports, and train stations, rather than traveling to the vehicle's pickup location.
Turo said bookings involving delivery to a hotel or home address have increased 32% year to date. The new experience is intended to make that option easier to find and book through the platform.
"Traditional car rental asks travelers to plan around where the rental company keeps its fleet. We're doing the reverse: organizing the rental experience around the traveler, with the exact vehicle they want, where they want it, and for as long as they need it," said Tim Rossanis, head of Turo U.S.
Turo Delivered also gives hosts more control over how they offer vehicle delivery.
Hosts can establish delivery zones and set pricing based on the distance required to deliver a vehicle. According to Turo, the tools are designed to allow hosts to account for the time and cost associated with providing delivery.
The launch comes as Turo reports continued growth in vehicle usage. Booked days increased 19% year over year during the second quarter, according to the company.
Turo has also been expanding its longer-term rental business. Turo Monthly, introduced in fall 2025, has more than doubled its revenue since launch, the company said.
Along with the delivery announcement, Turo said its Claude Connector is now live. The integration allows travelers using Claude to describe the type of vehicle or trip they are planning and receive Turo vehicle recommendations.
It follows the launch of Turo's ChatGPT app earlier in 2026 as the company works to make its inventory discoverable through AI-based travel planning tools.
Turo operates a peer-to-peer car rental marketplace with vehicles listed by hosts in the U.S., Canada, U.K., France, and Australia.
