Rental Requirements
- Must have valid U.S. or similar International drivers/motorcycle license.
- Riders must be at least 21 years of age and know how to ride a motorcycle.
- Helmets must be worn by all riders/passengers.
- Insurance ($15 per day) is mandatory through our insurance provider.
- Riders and passengers must sign a Liability and Rental Agreement at pick-up.
- Major credit card required for $1,000 security deposit: Visa, Mastercard or American Express*
Reservation Requirements
The motorcycle rental is based on availability. A 50% deposit is necessary to reserve your motorcycle rental. The balance and insurance ($15 per day) is paid at time of pickup.
Cancellation Policy
If cancelled 30 days or more prior to the rental date you will receive a 100% refund.
If cancelled 29 – 15 days prior to the rental date you will receive a 50% refund.
If cancelled 14 – 0 days prior to the rental date you will receive a 25% refund.
The reservation will be cancelled if you arrive later than one hour from your appointment time unless prior arrangements have been made. No refunds for early return.
Reservations may be changed or modified up to 15 days prior to the rental date at no extra cost. Any changes or modifications made within 14 days of the rental date will be assessed following the cancellation policy.
*A security deposit of $1,000 is required, which will be authorized but not charged on your credit card. The security deposit includes a service fee of $100 that will be added to the repair estimate in case of an incident. It will be voided upon the safe, incident-free return of the motorcycle. As the Renter, you are fully responsible for anything (excluding normal wear & tear and mechanical breakdown) that happens to the motorcycle that you’ve rented until it is returned to us.
Rental Insurance:
$15 per day - You will be added to the dealers rental insurance policy on an excess basis for state
statutory limits of liability. The limits of liability insurance provided are
at least the minimum limits required by any applicable compulsory or financial
responsibility law. Comprehensive and Collision coverage is provided for the
motor vehicle, dealer's Rental Insurance deductible of $1000 applies. You are
insured up to the Florida State liability minimums, $10,000 for bodily injury
per person, $20,000 bodily injury per accident and $10,000 property damage.
Options:
SLI: $6.95 per day - In addition, it is recommended that
you purchase Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI). SLI is additional
liability insurance over the state statutory limit. SLI provides you with up to
$300,000 total excess liability insurance for damage to other persons and
$10,000 total excess liability for damage to other property.
PAI/PEI: $5.95 per day - Accidental Death provides 24 hour
accident protection to the primary renter and their immediate family for a
death while traveling during the entire period of the Rental Agreement.
Passengers are protected only while in, boarding or alighting from designated
vehicle.

Personal Effects Coverage provides
limited coverage for your personal belongings from loss or damage caused by
theft, damage, or accident to your rental vehicle. Personal Effects Coverage
provides reimbursement for the primary renter and those of your immediate
family traveling with you, for the actual cash value of the items subject to
certain maximum, deductibles, limitations and exclusions. The maximum Personal
Effects Amount per person is $525.00, which is subject to a per claim
deductible of $25.00
Roadside Assistance Coverage
$5.00 per day – We recommend adding Roadside
Assistance for $5.00 per day that fully covers towing and roadside
assistance if your motorcycle should become inoperable for any reason. Benefits
also include flat tire replacement, emergency fuel delivery and jump start
services.
AS THE RENTER YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DAMAGES AND
THEFT OF THE MOTORCYCLE
Your
Liability: As the Renter, you are
fully responsible for anything (excluding normal wear & tear and mechanical
breakdown) that happens to the motorcycle, including scratches, dents, scrapes,
etc., while in your procession. You are responsible for any items that are lost
or stolen including keys, helmets and GPS units. A surcharge will be added to
the cost of the lost items.
It
is your responsibility to account and document any flaws or abnormalities with
the motorcycle prior to riding it away. We recommend that you take photos of
any such flaws or abnormalities.
The motorcycle must be returned no later than the time
stated on the insurance agreement.

If the bike is
not returned on time, another days’ insurance coverage ($15) will be charged at
the scheduled return time.

Additionally, a
$25 per hour late fee will also be charged. Others may be waiting for the bike,
please do not be late.
- No refunds for early returns.

Please return the
motorcycle full of fuel (premium fuel) or a $25 refueling charge will be
assessed. (Unless you have paid prepaid fuel)

Sunpass tolls are
included with the rental. You do not have to pay for tolls.
